True to Move Headquarters core, not only will we celebrate the community for their uniqueness, we celebrate our team for their individuality. Our coaching team is full of knowledge, education, and passion. They each bring experience, both on a personal and professional level, of which will be intertwined throughout move headquarters services, supports and training.
Our aim is to support our community in celebrating and caring for their bodies, whilst having fun through movement. Remaining curious to any judgements we may hold, we aim to help our community work toward fostering a positive and invigorating relationship with movement to support their mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health without pressure of diet culture, tape measures, shame or scales.
For members of our community looking for 1:1 support or guidance on their movement journey, Move Headquarters will offer 1:1 Coaching and Personal Training sessions with our qualified Coaching Team.

These classes provide you a space and opportunity that will meet your body’s ongoing and ever-changing needs.
The programming for every class offers a range of progressions and regressions to enhance and support the uniqueness of what each person is capable of or wants to do within their training.
A cardio based gym workout designed to increase overall fitness and endurance.
A resistance based gym workout designed to increase strength and mobility.
A hybrid gym workout designed to combine the training methods into an all body session.
A dynamic studio session designed to boost your energy levels through a series of fast-paced exercises that focus on strength and cardiovascular fitness.
A resistance based studio workout designed to increase strength and stability with a focus on upper or lower body.
A hybrid studio workout designed to engage all muscle groups in the perfect blend of strength, endurance and stability.
A functional based studio workout designed to increase flexibility, stability and balance.
