Maddi started in group fitness back in 2019 and has been working in studio management for just over 2 years now. She completed her Bachelor of Business (Marketing) in 2021. Maddi is passionate about strength and hypertrophy training & making movement work for you, whatever shape or form that may be!

Amy is a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach with extensive experience working alongside professional athletes to maximise performance and prevent injury, through training. Amy’s biggest goal as a coach is to enhance the quality of movement, allowing individuals to move optimally, feel their best, and increase longevity.

Liam
Liam is a strength and conditioning coach with over 5 years’ experience helping people get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies. He is passionate about working with athletes and anyone who wants to perform at their best - whether that’s on the field or in everyday life. As a rugby player himself, Liam knows the value of smart training, hard work, and enjoying the process.
